The tragedy of life for most people is
that they aim only for the high phase of life, and often don’t prepare for the
low phase of it, and by the time it comes ‘crashing’ on them, their life will
begin to crash with it because they didn’t prepare themselves for it.
Life is a roller coaster, it takes you up and down, and whether
it’s in your personal life, spiritual life, marital life, finances or career,
it is certain that you must experience the ‘highs and lows’ of life. It’s a good thing for people when they are going up in life, but
it becomes sad and frustrating when things seem to be nose-diving in their
life. It usually becomes a matter of serious concern and fear for some people
when they begin to experience nose-diving situations in life. To all the people
who are in this state of life, you don’t have to be worried or afraid, because
God is with you even in lowly situations. Matthew 28:20 reads: “Lo I am with
you always.”
There is something about one’s life going up and down: it begets
the gains and pains of life, the good times and bad times, the happy moments
and sad moments, peak and valley like situations of life, moving fast and
moving slow experiences, but where ever you find yourself in life, you just
have to deal with it and advantageously manage the state of affairs that you
are in, if you must continue with life, then live it victoriously. Where ever you find yourself, most especially to people who are
experiencing the low phase of life now, you don’t have to give up, if you can
hold on a little more and not fall off, your
life will spring up again. You cannot jump off a ride that is in motion just
because you don’t like how it’s going; you will either have to stop, then come
off the ride to another ride or perhaps continue riding it all the way to the
end.
Life is a roller coaster, sometimes it takes you up, other times
down and sometimes it completely ‘levels’ you to the ground. Some people are up
right now, while some are down, some people are happy, while some are
crying, some people are making money,
while some are getting broke, different strokes for different folks they say. If you are climbing up in life it makes you
excited, but it becomes frustrating if you are falling down. This is where and
when lazy people and ‘quitters’ find it convenient and justifying to quit, and
it is this quick-to-quit attitude that is making a lot of
people under-achievers, failures, losers, poor, unsuccessful and living purposeless
in life.
